Qorvo’s QPA0009D is a broadband MMIC medium power distributed amplifier (MPA). The MPA in die form operates over the DC to 55 GHz bandwidth. The QPA0009D is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The broadband amplifier delivers 11dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +18dBm and OIP3 of +31dBm at 30GHz. The QPA0009D is a 50 Ohm matched design and is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
