DW1000
3.5 - 6.5 GHz Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Transceiver IC with 1 Antenna Port
Qorvo's DW1000 is a fully integrated single chip ultra-wideband (UWB) low-power, low-cost transceiver IC compliant to IEEE 802.15.4a. It can be used in 2-way ranging or TDoA location systems to locate assets to a precision of 10 cm. It also supports data transfer at rates up to 6.8 Mbps.

- 6 x 6 mm 48-pin QFN package with 0.4 mm lead pitch
