50 - 1200 MHz, 12 V, 21 dB Gain CATV Power Doubler
Qorvo's TAT8804D1H is an ultra-linear, packaged GaAs MMIC amplifier, intended for output stage of CATV infrastructure applications. The TAT8804D1H provides flat gain along with low distortion, making it ideal for use in CATV distribution systems, requiring high output power and low distortion. The TAT8804 draws 650 mA from a 12 V supply, while allowing users to adjust the bias current and the bias voltage externally in order to optimize output performance. The TAT8804D1H is offered in an industry standard 40 pin QFN package.
