QPA9426
2500 - 2700 MHz, 0.5 Watt, High Linearity Small Cell Power Amplifier
Qorvo's QPA9426 is a high-linearity three-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package with on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits. The amplifier provides 34 dB gain over the 2.5 - 2.7 GHz frequency range and can be utilized without the need of linearization circuitry such as DPD. It is able to achieve -47 dBc ACLR at +27 dBm output power using 20 MHz LTE signal (9.5 dB PAR). The QPA9426 integrates three high performance amplifier stages onto a module to allow for a compact system design and requires very few external components for operation. The product is bias adjustable allowing the amplifier's power consumption to be optimized and is available in a 7 x 7 mm surface mount package.
The QPA9426 is targeted for small cell or enterprise Femtocell basestation applications, distributed antenna systems (DAS), repeaters, and/or booster amplifiers.
