QPA3358
45 - 1218 MHz, 34 dB Gain Push Pull Amplifier
The QPA3358 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm Push Pull RF amplifier in a Hybrid Package, featuring 34 dB of flat gain and low noise. This IC is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218 MHz using a single 24 V supply. The QPA3358 offers low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 6.8 W.
