QPA3315
45 - 1795 MHz, 23 dB Gain, DOCSIS 4.0 Power Doubler Hybrid PA
The QPA3315 is a Hybrid Power Doubler amplifier module, with 23 dB of gain. The part employs GaAs/GaN die and has an operational bandwidth from 45 MHz to 1794 MHz. It provides excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. The DC current and supply voltage can be adjusted externally for optimum distortion vs. power consumption over a range of output levels.
