Qorvo's QPA2640T is a wideband power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process, mounted to a high thermal conductivity tab. The QPA2640T operates from 20 to 40 GHz, providing 8 W of saturated power. QPA2640T is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
