Qorvo's QPA2640D is a wideband power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process. The QPA2640D operates from 20 to 40 GHz, providing 8 W of saturated power. The operating frequency can extend to 18 - 40 GHz if desired. QPA2640D is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
