Qorvo's QPA2309 is a packaged, high-power C-band amplifier. Covering 5 - 6 GHz, the QPA2309 provides 50 dBm of saturated output power. QPA2309 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
