72 V Intelligent Motor Control & Drive SoC with New 160 MHz M0+ MCU, Integrated Multimode Power Manager and Configurable AFE with VDS sensing

The PAC53710 is a highly integrated Power Application Controller® (PAC) designed for compact, high-performance motor-control systems in industrial automation, robotics, drones, e-mobility, and other BLDC/PMSM applications. Built around Qorvo’s new 160 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit MCU, it combines real-time control performance with a Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, and Application-Specific Power Drivers™ in a single device. Its integrated analog capabilities—including configurable switching and linear power supplies, programmable gain amplifiers, comparators, DACs, and flexible signal sensing—reduce external components and simplify system design. Integrated protection and safety features, including Vds sensing, support fast fault response, in single-shunt and three-shunt motor-drive topologies. Together, these features enable efficient, space-saving BLDC/PMSM motor-control and power-conversion solutions up to 72 V while accelerating time to market.
