The PAC5556AEVK2 demonstrates the power of the Qorvo PAC5556A mixed-signal SoC in high-voltage motor control applications using CGD’s ICeGaN® HEMTs. Designed to support up to 400 W peak output, this compact, fanless reference design highlights the benefits of GaN efficiency, integration, and cost savings.
