Qorvo's Advanced Microwave Module Assembly (AMMA) facility provides integrated assemblies and packaging services for microwave, RF and optical systems customers. Qorvo has continuously expanded its facility at its Richardson, Texas, location, coupled with Qorvo's design and manufacturing center to provide one-stop convenience and security. This innovative facility grew with the recent addition of new die-attach equipment. Die-level devices can now be fabricated, tested, packaged and shipped to customers from one secure location. AMMA supports a wide variety of industry-standard RF packages; thermal spreaders; and RF, microwave and optical modules. Qorvo also supports custom design and fabrication needs for our strategic customers. Qorvo is a leader in developing innovative solutions for our customers' changing requirements.
